The Kavastori Chronicles is a selection of short stories set in the country of Daesdaem (on the Kavastori continent).

 Whilst each story has its own unique plot and new characters, each is a piece of a puzzle that tells of the reign of the tyrannical elf-king Sohnion Silverleaf.

STONE, SWORD, AND SACRIFICE

The first story is through the eyes of the witch Hédye. She is summoned to the newly coronated king to read the crystal ball and foretell his reign. What she learns, however, will change the lives of every man, woman, and child who walks Kavastori's shores. Can she act in time to stop the inevitable, or is the future foretold?

HIDE AND SEEK AND ANCIENT ARTIFACTS

When a group of street urchins play a game of hide and seek they stumble upon a treasure map in an ancient vault. They quickly learn that not all treasure is gold and jewels, however.

THE CRUCIBLE

Zugarog "The Bonebreaker" enters the Crucible in the hopes of avenging the death of his son. Can he fight through the many rounds of bloodshed and become Champion or will he die before he has a chance for vengeance? One hundred enter. Only one leaves.

THE LAST ASSASSINATION

Sohnion Silverleaf has tightened his grip on Daedaem and continues to subjugate the races - humans most of all. Isj is tasked with finding a way to assassinate the elf-king for a new danger approaches from the south and if the realm is not guided true, all hope is lost. 

DDRAGONS.  DEMONS, AND DEALS

The rumoured threat has arrived and the elf-king's armies gather at the border between Daesdaem and Gaedemendi. Yet not is all as it seems. Can the gathered forces understand the riddles in time to stop the real danger, or will they be fooled by the one who started it all many years before?
